West Kootenay Early Years Council

The West Kootenay Early Years Council, formerly Success by 6 Council of Partners, oversees the West Kootenay Early Years Initiatives specific to the Community Action Plan. The Council meets quarterly and is open to anyone who is interested in promoting and supporting children and their families.
