Understanding the Early Years Research Update #1
Understanding the Early Years
Understanding the Early Years, funded by Human Resources and Social Development Canada, is a three year research project that will begin by mapping the early childhood development resources, programs and gaps in services in West Kootenay region, then proceed to learn about the types of preschool environments and experiences that develop competence in early childhood and use the research to develop plans to improve the quality of life for young children. Regular research updates will be prepared to help keep community partners and stakeholders current on this project. If you have comments or questions, regarding this update, please contact Helen Lutz at helen@thekoop.ca
